Los Cabos Mexican Grill Lincoln

Nice addition to all the usual Mexican food places in Lincoln. Got the Tacos El Sol. 3 tacos with charro beans and rice. It comes with 1 carnitas, 1 grilled chicken, and 1 asada taco. Carnitas was a standout for me but all were excellent. Charro beans were a nice change from refried but they have refried as well. Food tasted super fresh and the staff was really friendly.

We loved our visit here! The service was fantastic, and the food was very tasty. We will definitely return soon! Had the Arron Con Pollo and Fajita Burrito.

We spent our anniversary dinner there food was delicious. Service was really good. It was our first time and we were impressed with the quantity and quality of the food. We definitely will be returning bringing our friends and family.

Excellent all across the board! I will judge a Mexican restaurant on its chips and salsa. Los Cabos was delicious! The food was fantastic. Service was wonderful. And the restaurant was really clean. The Pollo Hawaiano was a first for me, and it was delicious. The chicken breast was juicy and SO tender. My husband had the fish tacos and said they were really tasty. Will definitely come back to try more on the menu.

I recently dined at Los Cabos Mexican Grill in Lincoln, and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff set the tone for a great meal. The vibrant decor and cozy seating added to the authentic Mexican vibe. The food was exceptional. The chips and house-made salsa were fresh and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice. I ordered the steak fajitas, which arrived sizzling hot, loaded with tender, juicy steak, grilled onions, and bell peppers. The accompaniments—guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo—were fresh and perfectly balanced. My friends tried the enchiladas and shrimp tacos, both equally delicious and well-prepared. The service was prompt and attentive. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed without hovering. To finish, I had the churros, which were warm, crispy, and paired with a rich chocolate sauce—a perfect end to the meal. Overall, Los Cabos Mexican Grill is a fantastic spot for authentic Mexican food in Lincoln. Great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere make it a must-visit. Highly recommended!

As Jimmy McGill says, it's all good man. Highly recommend steak nachos (pictured), chicken enchiladas, burritos. Amazing food, reasonably priced drinks, Great neighborhood full service Mexican restaurant. Chips, salsa and queso also excellent.

So excited this place finally opened. Jose (manager who stopped by our table and introduced himself) and his team here didn’t disappoint. Excellent experience and we highly recommend everyone stops in and checks them out. Carnitas and rellenos were very good. Prices were reasonable and inside is spacious. We will be back for sure.
